The Homeowner Rated Gold™ emblem is the only badge that counts. This is based 100% on the confidential opinions of our customers. When your dealer completes the job, they give you a warranty card and a mail-back survey card. You rate the dealer on a scale of 0 – 100 on their performance and on our products, then you fold and seal the card, and drop it in the mail directly to us. The dealer never sees your survey so you can be completely frank.

Once every month, the customer's scores for each dealer are automatically tabulated and their HR Gold™ status is reviewed. If they don't make the cut, they lose their status and they face a penalty until their rating is restored. This way we can ensure top-quality service and true customer satisfaction.
